For many families in business spending time together over the holidays can be tricky due to differences of opinion about the way things are being done, decisions that are being made etc.

Obviously, we are strong advocates of open and honest conversations and frameworks that help to reduce the risk of discord but we are not naive and appreciate that things can be difficult too.  In fact, conflict can be a good thing as it brings topics to the fore and lets them get debated.  However, doing it around the table at Christmas time is probably not the best approach and this piece from Indian entrepreneurs highlights some ways to strike a balance between their personal and professional relationships.
