We see a lot of next generation family members who find themselves in the difficult position of wanting to step up and take the helm, knowing that they want to make changes and make the business reflect themselves but at the same time balancing the emotional challenges associated with Mum and Dad, the fact that the business was their baby, and they created it and will still have a say!

Not easy in many cases but this is a good insight into how the next generation has helped with the evolution of a family business in order to continue to compete successfully.
